This morning as I left my cave,I was scolded and fussed at by some young juvenile squirrels.You see,there was a friendly wager made with the young squirrels by this ole clown.I heard them yelling,"There he is with his big old red bobo shoes and big red nose!!".Actually it was all in fun and the young squirrels were tossing their sour grapes comments because I bet on the Phillies and they bet on the LA Dodgers.Well, by now you know the Philadelphia Phillies won Game 5
of the National League/Championship Series, Phillies 10, Dodgers,4 .The Phillies will go on to their 7th time in the World Series and this year is second in a row.Last year,I paid $15 for a Phillies 2008 NLCS Pennant.I think I was had because this year a major sports' store is selling a 2009 Phillies NL Champion's Pennant for $4 . I don't mind that but a nice Phillies NL Champion's locker Room Cap would cost me $30, while a nice winter weight,cozy, Phillies
NL Champion's Hoody would cost me $55. Since the woods gets cold,I would like to get one of those Hoodies . Now, the juvenile squirrels must pay up with a bushel of wild nuts that I can sell to the old head squirrels to raise more play money to buy my 2009 Phillies souvinirs. Juvenile squirrels are surly and tough but so is old Flash Mc Cool. I don't remember who said it but as the saying goes," You can pay me now or pay me later but you gonna pay me!!". Way to go Phillies!!!
