This morning I went looking for the "Gold Star" .I did not find one in the US Flag and did not find one on the Liberty Bell at Independence Mall in Philadelphia, PA. This was a surreal investigation! I never contemplated going on a quest for a "Gold Star" on August 1,2016.Yet, the matter seemed urgent! I am a fictional character but the "Gold Star" has a real basis in history ! Alas ! I found a stamp that had a"Gold Star'. One clue led to another and the quest was over ! No, they do not house pots of Leprechaun gold but instead have a very rich recent legacy! No, they are not billionaires but seem to be much better than that !
