Are SCOTUS Nominees Presidential Clones ?

Fictional hoboclown detectives like me are creatively crafted ! We are mostly figments of imagination! For me, 'figments are made mostly of old cerebral notions, wildly colorful and romantic ideas and daring childhood fantasy'. On the other hand, US Supreme Court nominees are fashioned by many forces and factors, some human(e) and some happenstance. To date, none have been produced by 3-D printers. Also, it is highly doubtful that they are presidential clones! Some documented, analytical or "expert" witnesses (if you will) hashed out their take on the makings of US Supreme Court nominees.
