The DC Capers

Who dunnit ? In  recent years in DC,the Capital of you know where, the political  'Who dunnit' query has been a much hotter issue than  Global Warming.
As a  fictional Hoboclown detective,I cloaked and daggered my way through the corridors of  DC and 'The Beltway'  in hot pursuit of the elusive 'Truth'.
What I discovered was  a  political treasure house of red herrings and white elephants owned by numerous  elected officials.
As a fictional hoboclown detective, I  could care less about the
taxpayer's expense of these political  possessions, as long as they don't  replace my pink elephants !
