"Static Kill" economic job losses !

While BP performed the "static kill" on the gulf oil well to "push the well oil back down to its' original resevoir", instinct pointed the way for my trusty K-9,Butterfly-pup.
Florence Stovel Shinn's famous quote says it all,
" Instinct is a spiritual faculty and does not explain but simply points the way."

Near our cave in Philadelphia,PA USA ,Butterfly-pup dug up an old manuscript of the
World War II industries.We examined the document and learned that the unemployment
of the great depression made a dramatic turnabout when the World War II industries
began.Employment climbed steeply some 40% when the government entered defense contracts and put massive numbers of unemployed workers back to work.
The little K-9's instinct jump-started my intuitive sense and I imagined government contracts as a "static kill" of bleeding economic job losses-pushing the unemployment down below recession levels and raising employment to stimulate a sluggish economy !
In essence, the "static kill" (with government contracts) is essentially declaring
war on unemployment to boost job creation and re-vitalize the economy,a national security priority!
