Solutions tend to follow problems. Therefore,problems lead to jobs.For every problem,there is a solution.One might work at describing the problem.Another might create tools to solve the problem while someone else will list or catalog the problem.Sometimes I've followed so many problems that I've created too many jobs for myself!
