'heads' bobble up and down, to and fro'and "monday morning quarterback" about this past 'Year In Politics'.The 'sneering heads' then paint the future political landscape and exhibit it on National TV as 'self-serving snippets of privately-
conceived masterpieces of intellect'.The 'heads' appear 'significantly smug and
brilliantly inept !'. Now, isn't that the definition of a clown !!
